Residential Support Professionals needed in Lebanon and Lyme, N

PathWays is in its 50th year of providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in Sullivan and Grafton counties in NH.
We desire to expand opportunities in the community for the individuals in our services to live a fulfilling life.
We have residential homes located in Lebanon and Lyme, NH, which are homes to individuals with complex needs.
If you are patient, understanding of people's differences, compassionate and attentive, this may be the position for you.
At the residences, you will assist individuals with daily living skills, safety, communication, and community integration as well as bathing, meals, activities, toileting, and moving from location to location.
You will also complete household tasks such as laundry, sweeping, meal preparation, etc.
Our main goal as an organization is to have the individuals participating and engaging in their community.
To do that, you need to be a strong advocate for the individuals, a willing team player, and motivated to create the best possible living experience for the individuals at the residences.
With the complex needs of the residents, you will learn to drive a passenger van for transportation and become certified to give medications by our Nurse Trainer.
What we need:
a high school diploma or equivalent is required you must be at least 18 years of age excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail dependability and flexibility with scheduling A valid driver's license and auto insurance you to complete a comprehensive background check you to complete a TB test paid for by us proof of full vaccination for COVID We are an EOE and hope you will join us in making a difference.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
